Welcome to Anchor to Aspire. By using our website, booking a session, or purchasing a coaching service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services
Anchor to Aspire provides professional life, leadership, and career coaching services designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process that supports self-discovery and action but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion.

4. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are kept confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or imminent risk of harm.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials shared by Anchor to Aspire—including worksheets, guides, and content—remain the property of Anchor to Aspire Coaching LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that Anchor to Aspire and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
